By installing or using White Noise Boat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.
The app is published by 2Minds Dev, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 19.685.729/0001-77, contactable at dev@2minds.it.
A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on devices you control, for your own non-commercial use.
You do not acquire ownership of the app. The code, the artwork, the sounds and the name remain ours or our licensors'. You may not resell, rent, redistribute, decompile, or extract the audio files for use outside the app.
Four sounds work without paying anything, forever, with no sign-up and no ads.
The remaining sounds are unlocked by one of three plans: monthly, annual or lifetime.
Price changes: a new price is never charged without notice. The store notifies you and asks for confirmation; if you do not confirm, the subscription simply does not renew.
If you change device or reinstall the app, use Restore purchases in settings. The purchase is tied to your store account, not to an account with us — which is why it works without a login, and why a purchase made on the App Store is not recognised on Google Play, and vice versa.
Refunds are processed exclusively by the store where the purchase was made, under that store's rules. We have no way to issue, deny or reverse a charge.
In Brazil, the Consumer Protection Code (art. 49) gives you a right of withdrawal within 7 days of purchase. To exercise it, request the refund from Apple or Google; if you run into difficulty, write to dev@2minds.it and we will help with the request.
White Noise Boat is not a medical device and does not treat, diagnose or prevent any condition. It plays sounds. If you have persistent insomnia, anxiety or any health problem, see a professional — a noise app is no substitute for that.
Listening at high volume for long periods can damage your hearing. Keep the volume comfortable.
We do what we can to keep the app working, but it depends on operating systems and stores we do not control. We may change, add or remove features over time.
If we remove a sound that was part of what you paid for, we will say so inside the app.
The app is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
Nothing here sets aside the rights guaranteed to you by the Consumer Protection Code and applicable law — where these terms and the law conflict, the law prevails.
You end this licence by uninstalling the app. We may end it if you breach these terms seriously — for example, by distributing the app's files. If that happens while a subscription is active, the unused proportional amount is refunded.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the consumer's domicile are the agreed forum for disputes, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
